Ubuntu 13.03 - Stuck at Loading

I have Dell inspiron 15R special edition. i have dual boot of win7 and
ubuntu 13.03. ubuntu loading screen get stuck and doesn't go further. What
should i do? partition for ubuntu is of size 20gb.
